What do you put in yours?

C'mon, we all know they're nice "free" snacks when you're feeling peckish.

It is !! Excellent way to make a tea-time meal as well. Also like chopped up smoked sausage and spring onions as well.

My own little additive of choice is honey and mustard dressing (relax low-carberos) - a dash of it is enough, and doesn't add any noticeable carbs to the dish. Mix in some well chopped tomato, some cajun spices... blast I'm hungry.

I like my omelettes plain

Plain in the morning.

For dinner maybe some feta, spinach and asparagus, or ham and gruyere, or chorizo and manchego... mmmm

xx

I put all sorts in my omelettes but a favourite is diced chicken, red pepper and dollops of Philadelphia cheese with garlic and herbs. Whack it under a hot grill, once the underside is cooked normally, in a pan on the hob and when it starts to slightly brown......slide onto a plate and enjoy!!!

Cheese n' Onion.

I'm a simple kinda guy...

Bacon lardons are my favourite but I enjoy them plain as well.

Graham

Marmite in an omelette??? Sounds good to me - I'm assuming you just mix it in with the egg before you cook the omelette?

No, mix a little into the soft setting egg a little before ready to fold, sprinkle a few beans, fold when set.
