Hi there, my son is 6 and HbA1c usually between 8 and 9 and no matter how hard I try I just don't seem to be getting it right. He is currently on two injections of Novomix30 a day and now has an Omnipod to wear for a week to see how he feels about it.
Can anyone give me any pointers/advice with this? I'm nervous but excited at the prospect even though it will take time for funding etc but I'm desperate for better control and more freedom for him. Any experiences to share please?
