I stopped taking all meds on 01 Dec 2014 as I was suffering from anxiety/depression. Was used to get really scared by false Hypos. My HbA1C in Oct 2014 was 58.
Since then I have been trying to eat carefully and have added regular walks to my regime.
Just had the blood test done and my HbA1C now is 56. I am well chuffed - at least it hasn't gone up without meds. And is heading in the right direction
