One Teaspoon of Sugar - what's your BG like before and after?

np, i get it, for us small details can matter a great deal.

I learned to enjoy stevia. I use am extract made of the whole plant in alcohol not glycerine (evil for my BG). I experimented amd learned to count drops. Depending on the food it's being added to. Strong flavors like coffee, lemonade, very strong iced tea are easy It's the other foods i might use it in that can go wrong...very bad bitter kinda wrong.

For me i have grown fond of the taste actually. I love it in my smoothies or cold coffee drinks I make.

I'm a bit frustrated though, i occasionally experience very, very high BG spikes after just plain black coffee. Still experimenting with to see some sort of pattern.

I carry my dropper bottle of stevia everywhere i go. Could have smacked the kids at our newest Starbucks the other day. Asked if their chai tea had, had vague memory it did, kids all said no...i was correct and my handy-dandy G5 & Xdrip+ let me know very quickly. Went and adked the staff again this time answer was yes...order taker had the odd notion i asked if they add sugar... sigh, where i live there are "issues" in terms of comprehension. Small valley kinda place near Vandenberg AFB. We did get to watch first had the entire launch to landing on land. It was magnificent yet surreal. sorry, i can ramble... opps.
