Only nibbles are a handful of bugs about 1030. It's a long time between 0600 and lunch at 1230.

I haven't even missed the carbs at all. I don't know why coz I'm a fiend for chips and cake and chocolate.

Only treat is a scoop or two of Appo ice cream.

Good progress .... you will not miss that rubbish and if you're like me (and others), the smell and taste of that junk will repel you soon enough. Ridding the system of carbs and sugars has a profound effect
