'Only' on metformin!

Hi all
well I have been defrauding the NHS for 3 years then!!
I had GD and was given a monitor and strips, after I had my daughter I was no longer diabetic but as I have ins res and glucose int and family history of diabetes they said I was a candidate for it in the future(right thanks! Lol) so to continue a monthly test but do not supply me with lancets or test strips I have to purchase myself (from amazon about £16 for 2 tubs test strips)

"I get my strips on eBay. I don't object to buying them", but this probably puts you in the position of being an accessory to fraud [of the NHS]. What I can see of Ebay testing strip sales is that their source is likely to be dodgy!

Please don't assume that all strips sold on eBay are from dodgy sources - it's rather insulting. It may be the case for some, but many are sold for (a) genuine reasons and/or (b) by commercial sources.

Robbity

Most strips sold on E-Bay appear to be sourced from the EU.

Complete nonsense to claim that this is "defrauding" the NHS.

I would be defrauding them if I tried to get strips on prescription when I can easily afford to buy my own.
