Hi everyone I would like to try making this bread not to sure about the ingredients though 1/2 a cup of cream cheese? what cheese in the uk would that be and what would be the Uk measurement ? Psyllium husks? where in the uk would I buy them and what would be the approximate cost of making this type of bread. Thanks

If you buy Philadelphia that's what it is basically. eggs

each make is about £1 or less for sure but i eat that in 1 sitting

I hated the Ooopsie bread, prefer an omelette! The Swedish low carb buns are nicer. Cream cheese is Philadelphia and you can get flax, psyllium etc on line also coconut oil. If you google, you will find hand low carb shopping lists, print and find a large supermarket. Then visit a Holland and Barrett or similar and finally online for any really odd things.
