I have just had a low cal hot chocolate and a sugar free biscuit
I have just had a low cal hot chocolate and a sugar free biscuitOoh, which one did you pick? Mostly horrors.....
Couldn't eat another thing...had a (normally) reasonable tea...two breadcrumbs Plaice with small can beans....only AFTER putting them in the oven did I see 30g carbs per fish!! ***.....now thatay have been ok had I not then shuffled remainder of a bag of liquorice which I'd been doing fairly well at just eating a couple of sticks.... Ok, did my test thinking okay maybe,an 8.6 , nope a PERFECT 10 !!!!! Now down to 6 something but had soya latte not long since and I think it's swelled all that liquorice....feel like a balloon
Think. I should've popped over to shed myself...pre sweeties and had a few strains n cream....
Forgot to check the biscuit tin.....how are we doing for sugarfree ones? Must bring some more over....bet the digestive,are going down fastest....they do at home...or maybe that's cos once I start I pig out on them... For tea I have a chicken biryani in slow cooker and blackberries and apple stewed ready to add crumble mix to bake while I eat the curry...crumble mix is oats, coconut flour, palm blossom sugar an cinnamon....I have just had a low cal hot chocolate and a sugar free biscuit

Ok, @Kat100, was that ring still on the bathroom windowsill? Forgot to mention it,was there last time, and nine of the girls have reported it missing....could be farmer's granddaughter's I guess..forget her name, and the lady's to be honest....shocking memory at times

Mentioning Xmas, B&M are ready to go, tons of new toys & games Santa window stickers wrapping paper & tags etc also stuffed with the scariest Halloween masks singing skeletons & dress up outfits. They get it all out earlier & earlier every year, can't think of it myself until December & that's early enoughIt a Christmas Carol, rock band style , when do we start to practice .. Also adult colouring post cards to colour and post .. I like that idea , I keep looking for Christmas cards to colour I would enjoy that a bit more individual ..
