I have only been using this forum for two days and i am already seeing results with my bs. Never been above 10 all day, just had my main meal of the day and my bs is reading 6.1 after 1hour.
Just like to thank everyone on here for the support and help I have been given. Some way still to go but need to keep up the work I have done with the support from everyone on here

Well had a fantastic day with BG 8 tests and the worst was 9.1 and the best 5.7 so an average of 6.48 for today. Need to keep on going with LCHF eating plan well worth it

Feel so much better today that I have been able to control BG I now have more to think about and try n loose some lbs
