I don't do fasting. I usually go to bed around midnight (I would have a toast with my Metformin at about 10pm) and some nights I may be up few times (thanks to my 1 year old son )
I be up anytime between 5am and 11am (depending who's shift it is to get up with him). I eat breakfast about hour after waking up (need to take tablets on empty stomach).
Don't really drink alcohol. May have a small glass of cider once or twice a month in the evening.

OK. Sorry, that's busy if you have a youngster.
I was not seeing any markers on the graph regarding when meds & meals? Though I'm ID, I tend not to do breackfast till maybe late morning, or just do a lunch?
Alcohol overnight in the system (if costumed the night before.) can act to belay any liver dump of glycogen on waking.
You're getting some reasonable figures from midnight to mtdday though.. After your 10pm snack with the meds?

I never have time to mark if it's before food or after or I just forget.
I am used to my blood spiking in the morning to about 8-9 figures and staying high no matter what till mid afternoon. So seeing my sugars resting at around 5 it's surprising.
I tried and eat regular but it's hard with the kiddo.
