I have been suffering with pain in my hips when in bed and worse when I wake up. Then, light bulb moment, I have lost so much weight that having my normal two pillows was pushing my body down into the mattress so removed one pillow. Solved and I don't have any pain. I haven't got used to this weight loss yet.
