Okay so erm every now and again i get pain in my left breast as well as burping alot, what could this be? Its not constant pain...

I read somewhere else you're seeing your new diabetes nurse in the coming days? Why not mention it to her, and see what she says?

I will do...think It's going to be a loooong appointment tomorrow!
could it be acid reflux or??

It could be. Burping excessively is a symptom of it. Best to ask your HCP about this.
