Hope you are all having a good weekend?
Q1.
Does anyone suffer from pain starting in the feet and going up into lower leg when going for a walk?
I normally go for a 2.5mile walk X 4 days per week.
I get chronic pain in feet/legs usually subsides to a niggle after about a mile. Pain stops if I stop for a minute then starts again after about a minute walking again.
At the moment legs and feet constantly hurt.
Any ideas??
Q2. I'm considered a well controlled diabetic by GP, I'm on SR Metformin for last 18mths. Just recently I have felt more and more tired. I have to have 2hrs sleep in afternoons and wake up tired in mornings even after 7/8hrs sleep.
Does anyone have any ideas?
