Painkillers

I had an operation a few months ago and started to come off my painkillers but now my blood glucose is all over the place..... Any advice would help please

@willief - What are your painkillers called? And what do you mean by: "Blood Glucose all over the place"? = are they high OR low results.
 
I was on GABAPENTIN and tramadol and my blood glucose has shot up to 17-19 very high for me.... Thanks

@willief - Hi. I also take Tramadol and Lyrica - and yes Tramadol can raise blood glucose, but as for Gabapentine I don't think this drug has any effect on blood sugars? You could read the leaflet that comes with the drug.
 
I take Tramadol, Tramadol Xr, Lyrica and Targin (Endone & 2 Naltrexone).
I was able to get my BS down but with upping the lyrica my numbers are now all over the place which is driving me absolutely nuts!!
