I was wondering, I'm supposed to be going paintballing in the summer with a few mates and I was a little unsure about any extra precautions I should take during the day.
So, are there any other precautions I should really take? (Other than the obvious, take a slow release breakfast like porrige or rice)
Notes:
It's a full day event from 9:00 AM till 4:00 PM, vigorous excersise all day.
Keep a source of carbs on you and work out in advance (when stopping to test won't get you shot) how much you need during that kind of exercise.
I doubt that breakfast ("slow release" or otherwise) will last for a whole day - personally I think that the whole "slow release energy" is utter nonsense (healthy people it is marketed towards have ample glycogen stores so they will not "run out of energy" if you have the wrong kind of cereal)
