yum yum ... I added 15g of Harvest Morn milled linseed (with Gojiberries, sunflower and pumpkin seeds) to half of the batter just to see what it was like. Still great!
I made them the size of a scotch pancake. Total carbs = 6g
I didn't want to sweeten them but for a sweeter version substitute that particular linseed mix with the one that has blueberries and raspberries in it.
