Pretty interesting stuff. The link between diabetics and pancreatic cancer is quite pronounced. Diabetes is an autoimmune disease, after all, so any vaccine that can help a patients immune system can only be a good thing, right?

However - a vaccine against (Pancreatic) cancer is likely to be expensive. There'll be queues around the block for it.
