pancreatic pain?

Abdominal pain can be a sign of pancreatitis.

Symptoms of acute pancreatitis may include:

  • Upper abdominal pain that radiates into the back; patients may describe this as a "boring sensation" that may be aggravated by eating, especially foods high in fat.
  • Swollen and tender abdomen
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Fever
  • Increased heart rate
Hope this helps

Is it like a more intense stitch pain? As I had that for a few months on and off. Consultant sent me for an ultrasound but nothing was found
