Iv had most of my pancreas remover due to infection in 2004 went straight on insulin. Also i now how neuropathy leaving me with no feeling below my knees, I have had so many falls i can barely walk and a charcot injury to my right foot...

Welcome @stealthy I am sorry to hear that you have neuropathy. As you have had your pancreas removed you should be classified as type 3c which we have a forum for http://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/category/type-3c-pancreatic-diabetes.73/ There may be some posts in there that you will find helpful.
