- rude d/n nurses and being treated like im wierd because im diabetic
found great pastry recipie on pintrest tried it today was really nice and very real tasting
2 cups almond flour
3 egg yolks
2 tblspoons double cream
pinch salt
vanilla essence
splash cimamon
mix until doe refridgerate for hour then roll blind bake until crisp and golden i cooled it then added cram cheese and cram with mashed strawberrys in was lovley u could adapt to add savory for meat pies etc well worth trying xx
