I got the following blood test results today:
Urine c peptide 22.9 (no units provided)
Urine creatinine 8.3 mmol/l
Urine c peptide creatinine ratio 2.8
After googling, the results seem worryingly high and seem to suggest I'm producing a load of insulin. Can anyone give me a bit more explanation before I see the diabetic nurse next week. I'm assuming my pancreas is working but I'm massively insulin resistant.
Background: I'm type 2, diagnosed 5 yrs ago, on metformin and insulin humulin m3, last hba1c was 8.0
