Today I had a problem with my E-MAIL.

Lucky for me my e-mail was closed down while checks were carried out.

Apparently it was some scam that got my password and used my account to send scam mail.

I was advised to change all my passwords on a more regular basis.

Must admit I thought this kind of thing could never happen to me.

Any advice on these matters.

Roy.

Hi, get yourself a really good Internet security package, Norton 360 is very good offering protection against phishing, hackers and key loggers amongst other things. There are lots of different packages available! McAfee, Trend, AVG but not the free one, ask around friends and family and see which ones they use, but do protect yourself online. Oh, and change all your passwords!

And do regular scans especially if you have visited a new site.
