So Very sorry for asking

As I know it’s been asked before

But please if you use Libre 2 with an Android Phone

& it works well with the Libre i.e.

It keeps a good Bluetooth connection

I need to relay on libres alarms in the night

& scans easy

(You do not have to strip down to bear flesh each time you want to get a N F C Scan to find out your levels)

Please could give the make & model type

Do not care if you got it brand new or 2nd hand (cheaper the better)

Just need a phone that will work well with the Libre.

Having to use the reader & Alarm sounds way too low for me

Any info would be brilliant & appreciated thank you

My old phone a Samsung s21 died & I need a new one but from past experience a bit nervy about which one to buy

Need one that I can rely on to keep connected with Bluetooth as need alarms to wake me if go low in night (night time is my worst time for going low)
& some phones that do work with Libre have a poor Bluetooth or it’s a bit hit & miss.
& No Bluetooth connection no Alarms

+ S21 that died & the one I had with my Libre 1 before that both

Had trouble with N F C you had to hold phone right over sensor to get it to scan just wondered

If any phone worked better than another if one type of phone had

Its N F C Arial was in a place that made it easier for it to scan the Libre

But the main thing is a good Bluetooth connection

Realme 6 Pro works for me.
Samsung Galaxy (n?) before that was also OK.

Both were a bit picky about how you held it near the sensor, but nothing serious.

Hi,

I use a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 I aquired used.. NFC scanner is just below the finger print sensor.
I use the Libre 2 also with a third party Diabox app for that CGM experience..
I've had low alarms tripped whilst the phone is left in the conservatory charging whilst i'm in the bedroom.

Apart from the phone being a possible sleek slippery fish without a case.? (But curvy. "Edge" like or whatever they call it, shell & screen..?)

Battery life is reasonably impressive & overal I love this used versatile device for the day to day managment..

Yes I need it for nighttime lows too. I use a Samsung Galaxy A51, bought it about six months ago because the last one ended up in a pond while we were out walking

Works fine for me.

My old Galaxy Note 4 shouldn't have worked. But it did.. Just ended up full of builders dust, glitchy using as a comunication device & overheating towards the end..

I know these phones work with Libre, Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro, A51, A52 phones which I own.

Although I do not use a Libre I know people that do and use these phones, and they have had no problems with nfc and blue tooth.

Thank you All for the help with the phone
