I get pins & needles in the morning occasionally... This morning I woke with pins & needles in my right hand that was 15 hours ago hasn't gone away ?? Bm is fine last bm was 6.5

I'd suggest contacting a non emergency medical help line. It may or may not be related to diabetes. It may be something quite different t. I think getting some medical advice would be good to rule out anything that needs urgent attention. 15 hours sounds like a long time.

Thankyou just went to bed been on my feet all day my right leg feels numb so fingers and leg .. I hope I can sleep have work 2morrow .. Thanks again x

How long have you been diagnosed? I had this when my blood sugars stabilised abit. It was on and off though but lasted about a week .

I've had diabetes 30 years i also have rheumatoid arthritis.. I was fine yesterday when i went to work woke this morning right hand numb up to my elbow cant get my rings on either hand .. please excuse my grammer x I'm 45 years old

I have the same, finger tips and toes. They come and go but the left hand thumb and fingers have been numb all day.
