If this is true, this is brilliant news - I bought a big bag of them for Christmas and have been taking them to work as a snack after lunch! On the understanding that some nuts of any value were walnuts (they are so bitter), or pecan (nice but a little dry), I was feeling guilty about my pistachio hoard, so maybe no need to worry - think I will buy some more
