ok, so i was wondering about the "pizza effct" i'm new to pumping and been told it lowers then highers later on.
so i've avoided pizza for this not to happen, today i fancied a little microwave chiago pizza and was wondering will this do the same effect?

Best approach is try it and see what results you get, if it's a small pizza (sorry don't know much about microwave pizza's) it's possible that there won't be enough fat in the food to slow digestion or increase bg levels several hours after eating.

yes it's very small only 50g of carbs considering the others have 110g? haha hopefully will just keep a eye on it

I have found giving myself 25g per slice for a Domino's medium pizza and giving 65% up front and the rest over 5/6 hours works for me but not sure about microwave pizzas. :-/

Enjoy

Usually I'm not a fan of pizza but there's an Italian Restaurant that we sometimes go to and that does the most amazing pizza, it has a thin base and comes swimming in garlic butter
