REMEMBER IF DOING THE MARATHON THIS SUNDAY TO HAVE YOUR CARBS SATURDAY NIGHT AND IF WATCHING MAYBE CARBS AS WELL

Pizzas are one of the worst things you can eat if you are trying to control your blood sugar. However, if you are sticking to a lo-carb regimen, there are TONS of low-carb pizza base recipes that you can use:
There's a REALLY easy one that I can't find right now - but basically you put a cold COOKED chicken breast (or chicken pieces) in a blender with a cup of grated mozarella cheese and blend until fine. Then, press the mix into a baking tray and bake for 10 mins. Then, add your toppings and whack under the grill for 5 mins to finish off. I've made this many times, and it ALWAYS beats my pizza cravings into submission.
Ironnically, when you are on a low carb diet, the toppings (meat, veg, all types of cheese, etc...) on a pizza are actually GREAT for controlling BG. Unfortunately, pineapple is one of the bad toppings - so keep it to a minimum.
HI PATCH TO BE HONEST I AM NOT ALLOWED TO COOK DUE TO OTHER COMPLICATIONS THAT WOULD FILL THE PAGE IT WAS JUST THAT A GOOD PIZZA FIRM HAS AN OFFER ON AT THE MO AND I TRY TO GET THE WIFE TO GO OUT TO BINGO TWICE A WEEK OR WE WOULD BOTH GO STIR CRAZY AND WITH THE FIRM MAKING THEIR OWN DOUGH AND EVERYTHING FRESH I THOUGHT MAYBE A PIZZA AND A COFFEE WHEN SHE IS OUT AS A TREAT FOR ME I ONLY HAVE CHICKEN AND PINEAPPLE AND THE MONZZY CHEESE BUT IF NOT TO0 GOOD FOR ME LEAVE ALONE JUST ON DOUBLE MY STEROIDS AND THEY MAKE YOU EAT TOP START OF WITH SO IMAGINE DOIUBLE THAT AND YOU HAVE THE PROBLEM AT BEDTIME NORMALLY IT WAS SNACKY TIME BUT THESE STEROIDS ARE WELL I AM PUTTING WEIGHT ON AT THE RATE I SHOULD BE LOOSING
