Hey I'm newly diagnosed type 1 which has happened at the worst time possible! I have recently passed my assessment to join Northants Police and currently waiting for my start date. I understand that they assess diabetes with each individual. Has anybody joined the police since being diagnosed or know of any reasons why they might not employ me?
