pork steaks receipe

hi all as any body got a really good idea
for a main dinner with these that is low carb fancy something different than salad or rice with them was going to make a stroganoff with them but no cream in the cupboard all ideas welcome

I did Google it and got lots of idea's how to cook them i was looking for stuff to eat them with
need to loose the mind set of everything as chips or potatoes with them thanks
 
that sounds really nice but soon as u say casserole i think potatoes with it hahaha im such a potatoe head

I've got some cauliflower rice in the cupboard could try that
 
my partner bought it its the microwave stuff in the packet healthy option one seems very low on carbs
 
it does look really good going to try it this week got it of Google
doing cheese and mushroom salad with them tonight ive put chiilie and garlic seasoning on them quick and easy my head hurts from go ogling recipies
