Porridge - which is best for you?

I would suggest Dorset Cereals Fruity Porridge Apple and Rasin. A 30g serving with 125 ml of semi skimmed milk comes to 157 calories/25.1 carbs of which 14g are sugars. Two hours testing afterwards gives me a BG of around 7. The porridge comes in sachets of 30g so all you have to do is add the milk.
