I've got fed up with breakfast meals, so I decided to try porridge. For the last 3 days, my levels have been around the 5 mark before breakfast, around 8/9 one hour after and between 4/5 two hours after.
Does this seem ok?

Yes, I normally have toast and it takes longer than 2 hours to come back to normal BG and it usually spikes me higher at around 9/10. I'll stick with the porridge from now on
