Pre diabetic ..Been doing very well over past month all reading but 3 were within normal and the 3 that were over were only POINT 3 over so not a big jump .. but tonight pre dinner was 5.2 which was ok .. BUT post by 2 hours 8.9 .. must be more careful what i eat .. think i got a little complacent ...

Am ashamed to say I made a chicken paella and had a huge portion .. completly fell off the wagon .. but it was seriously taste .... ooooops

OK, there you go. No harm done probably, but not to be repeated often! I indulged in a large slice of sugared apple cake at a cafe the other day and paid for it in big fat 8's. Silly boy.

It's called being human.
And it's a great reminder of how well you are doing, and an incentive to keep doing it.
