Potato skins

Does anyone no how many carbs in jaket potato skins? I love them more than the potato inside. I had one yesterday and it didn't affect my BG at all. Had lots of butter yum next time I will try with cheese.
 
hehe if it had zero effect on bg the carb content dosent matter :thumbup: keep testing though
