I just wanted to say how happy I am with the service we have received from Animas. Jess has had her Animas pump for just over a year and a few days ago I noticed some cracks in the pump casing that start around the battery cap. I phoned Animas yesterday to discuss this and they have been wonderfully helpful. I got through to their US office immediately and explained the problem, the lady took all my details and said that the UK office would be in touch the same day. A little while later I received a phone call to say that a new pump would be dispatched the same day and sure enough this morning (less than 24 hours later) the new pump has arrived. I couldn't ask for better service, just wanted to share my pleasant experience I have had with them. Their customer service has always been spot on when asking questions and ordering supplies, but it's when things go wrong that it really counts and they have been able to deliver, well done Animas
