Hi
I'm fairly low carb- no bread, pasta, pots, rice etc etc
If you're a little low before bed what do you have? Obviously I have lucozade or similar if low but advice says longer acting carb to get you through the night.
I've been so low recently and hypoing in the night.
TIA x
Well the most important thing to do if this is happening regularly is to check if your evening carb/insulin ratio needs to be lower, or your evening meal insulin needs to be lower, or possibly your basal needs to be split with a lower portion in the morning. That's much better than taking extra carbs every night.
