Fasting always have higher, I drink four glasses of water, do a brisk walk 10 mins on the tread, or road, wait 15 mins and I find good results every time, it works for my body, but then that may not work for all, just a friendly tip. It seems many people out there have this issue with Fasting levels high dawn phenomenon I think its supposedly referred to. I also drink cider vineger and take few walnuts before going to bed this seems to keep numbers normal normal normal too?
