so basicly decided drastic action is needed and the shake i am using is this http://www.myprotein.com/sports-nutrition/breakfast-smoothie/10938283.html there is less sugar in this then slim fast or optifast i am willing to bet currently on day 2 and feeling hungry and progressing this with running and weight lifting hopefully this puts a stop to it and i can go back to trying to join the army. also hello

its a mess my last test was a couple points below being diabetic and everything else blood sugar, fasting, sugar in urine was all positive. i am not allowing my doctor to preform blood test at the moment, due to my wanting to join the army and not wanting a long defferal, making me to old to join. im 28 my home tests have been all over the place being normal then high normal then high im on no medication and by all over the place it was high in the morning but when tested after eating a apple it was normal but after dinner was a point to high really all over the place my plan is to do the diet go for another blood test and go from there.

my gp did explain that the only treatment at the moment was to get my weight down and diet sorted so that what i am doing. there has been other strange stuff going on so i need to have an appointment with them to discuss it all
