Pre-diabetic. Think am now Type2.Does anyone else have tummy ache when they’ve Just eaten?

Diagnosed as pre-diabetic last year. Fairly certain I’m now Type 2. I get tummy ache after eating even though I sit at the table, eat slowly and chew. Am drinking 6+ glasses of water daily. Have never had indigestion before but am burping after eating. If I sit down after lunch, I will often (but not always) zonk out for about 2 hours). Can’t get to see GP due to Covid-19. Would be grateful to know if this is happening to others. Thank you
