have just tested levels pre lunch and its 10.7. its never been so low
i,m so happy but i do know it needs to come down even lower

When you go back to the Doctor, you must ask him again to prescribe you strips. He MUST be able to see the benefit you are getting from them. Your situation is exactly the sort of thing NICE refer to in their fluffy guidelines.
