Well done on cutting down on the carbs.
You will feel hungry initially but after a few days when your body has got used to the lower carb level that will start to pass. I now don't get hungry very often, it is usually a surprise to hear my tummy rumbling nowadays!!
When I do mince I fry a few sliced mushrooms and chopped courgette chunks in a bit of butter or margarine, sometimes with a bit of onion or peppers too. This gives you something to eat as an alternative to rice / pasta / potatoes etc. Celariac chunks work well like this too. Failing that try a few chunks of cauliflower.
Your pre-meal level of 11 is good, you are getting there. :clap:
