Pre pump meeting hurrah

if you want any info to go into this meeting ( pre-armed is always best )
just ask !!

ok -- I would start by making sure you have all your written diaries with you and up to date
( blood sugar testing , carb intake , insulin doses , hypo treatment , exercise , etc )

this shows commitment which they will expect you to have .
you should be testing BG at least 6 times per day

I would get ahold of the book Pumping Insulin and start reading !!

If it were me , I would ring soonest to your DSN and ask which pumps are on the available list at your hospital.
I would go online and have a read of reviews of pumps , i have put a link to a thread on our forum with pump user guides

there are also some great youtube videos on changing cannulas on all the pumps -- definitely worth looking at some.
