Prediabetes? Type3?

I have summarized my health history below.

After a trip in 2016 to Brazil, I have started to feel abdominal pain on my left side, that would come and go, and is still occurring at times with 3-4 months intervals. I thought that it could be stressed related, but that is just my assumption. The doctors suspected it to be Chrohns, but the MRI didn't show anything, and I was diagnosed with Gilberts syndrom.

Since then I have been worried about having symtoms of pancreas cancer. I have privately done 2-3 MRCPs (once a year), EUS and none of these tests showed anything, but my abdominal pain still occurs, always on the left side.

My CA19 was 21 and have been the same 2 years in a row. I have read that it could be affected by my high amounts of bilirubin, and I wanted to ask you please whether that indeed could be the case? One of my friends with similar lifestyle as me had 10.

Another thing that worries me is my elevated fasting glucose in the mornings, which has been 5,5-6 for the past 3 years. It usually always decreases around lunch time to 4-5 and remains at that throughout the rest of the day.

My hba1ac is 5,1% and from what I have been told is that I am not pre diabetic.
I have also done OGTT together with insulin,Glucagon.
My results were as following:
Glucose was 95 after 2 hours.
Glucagon fasting 150 pg.
My fasting insulin was 34 pmol and after 1 hour it was 320 pmol , 2 hours 138 pmol then after 3 hours it was 34 again.
After reading Dr. Crafts study, I am guessing that I belong to group 1, which is in the optimal range.

I have also done Fecal pancreatic elastase and my result was >500 together with Pancreas polyptide which was 15 pmol.

The specialist in Sweden said that all my tests are normal and that there is no need to worry. What I want to ask you, and again I really appreciate your expertise and your opinion on this, what do you think could be the reason for why I have elevated fasting blood sugars? My mother, who is 50 also has same levels of fasting blood sugar, and she is not diabetic and her Hba is 5,3% .
I have also been trying different diets, and right now I am testing keto diet, and after 3 days my fasting blood sugar has decreased to 4,7, but then today it went back up to 5,7 around lunch time.

Could it be that, if I am diabetic or pre-diabetic, that changing my diet could have this effect mentioned above? or is that kind of response to diet change in 3 day is only possible with the healthy individuals?

In Sweden famous specialists told me that I am considered normal, but according to ADA I could be considered pre-diabetic, which worries me because I am quite fit, exercise a lot and that is why I am getting worried about it being something worse.

Do you think with the above information that I could be on the way to develop type 2 or type 3 diabetes or can i just have elevated fasting glucose without it being anything serious?

Thank you very much for taking your time to answer this, I can not put in words how much that would mean to me.

Hello. We are not doctors so cannot diagnose. You seem to have had the whole raft of tests one would expect.

With regard to your fasting blood glucose levels please use the search function on the main page with the term Dawn Phenomena. This may help.
