Hi
I was sorry to hear your story regarding your other two children and their complications. I have typ1 diabetes and my pregnancies were both very difficult, My son now 20yrs old was born 4 weeks early and needed special care just for his jaundice and feeding, but i went through so much, i was sent to a london hospital to have major scans down, amnio test just to see if he was getting enough oxygen, i managed one week then they delivered by c-section, my daughter now18 was 7.5 weeks early and needed intensive special need care as she needed small amounts of oxygen and feeding tubes. I had no movement with either pregnancy so i was monitored every evening at the hospital on a scanner and with my daughter i spent more time in hosp than out.
I would back you with what ever your decision, but as you said " you have two children" and also you really need to think about your own health. As we both now c-section are not easy to get over and especially with your complications with yourself and how the other two children you have.
Go back and see your gp and talk it over once again.
It would be nice to keep in touch and hopefully guide you if we can. Rememberwe are not doctors, but we are here to listen.
Hope all goes well with what ever you decide.
Take care
Tracey
