I was just wondering if anyone could help or advise. I'm type 2, and am pregnant, I've just started insulin which is giving me even better control of my bloods along with x4 metformin daily. Was wondering if anyone had any ideas on healthy snacks that won't rise my levels, along with any breakfast ideas as the whole meal toast thing is starting to get very boring.
