Pregnant - help!

Thank you! I can't quite believe it's about to happen! Yeah, everyone assumes that you'll have a big baby if you're diabetic but I think this only happens with quite high blood sugar, or sometimes you can carry lots of fluid and look like you're going to have a massive one! I have quite a petite bump and am told baby will be 5 1/2 - 6 lb, bless
