I'd like to print off the results from my meter - and keep getting error messages when I try to do this, and can't work out what to do. As far as i can see I've downloaded the appropriate software, but my laptop doesn't think it's there - and I can't see a help desk on the GlucoRx website. Any suggestions?
If you are having problems printing from the software, you could always do a screen dump and print that.
Open the page you want to print then press the PRINT SCREEN button on the keyboard. Minimize the rx programme and open the PAINT programe then click EDIT and PASTE. This will give you a screen shot of the information. Then try the PRINT option from the paint programme.
I run Windows XP but am sure it should work on newer versions.
I know it may sound a bit long winded, but I have used this options loads of times to print out a web page or single text page.
I tried that and got no response at all - so maybe I'll do the other obvious thing of uninstalling the software and starting again. The software gives me the options of seeing all the patterns of test results and I want to show one of them to my GP.
I too have the Gluco RX mini, and the first time I downloaded the software, I did not realise that you had to download two separate files 1) The software file and 2) The driver file. I found the whole process very frustrating and very time consuming, Once up and running I did after a great deal of trial and effort get it to print out.

Mart - Thanks for that - it's great to realise I'm not being a complete idiot and I'll now persevere, knowing it's possible! Apart from this, I love the meter - the small size and form is lovely to use.
