Problem loading into Libreview

Hello,

I cant load from my cell phone into libreview... Stays there forever and after a long time tells me it cant find any device.

I have checked phone is compatible according to their list, downloaded drivers, etc...

I have searched and I'm not the one with this problem, however cant find any solution online.

Has someone managed to find a solution?
 
Do you mean you try to upload by connecting with a cable?

If so, no need for that at all, the phone automatically uploads when you have an internet connection.
Try logging in on LibreView and clicking the symbol with the green arrow, that's the one for your phone app. The one with the cross is for the reader.

Hopefully you'll find that all your data is already there!


 
Thanks, Im idiot, just enabled wifi and there was the data!
