Why not phone your DSN, explain the situation and ask is she can help. If you can't make the trip, maybe she could post them to you (my DSN once posted a glucose monitor to me.)

Having said that, Medtronic did get reservoirs to me in 2 days, but maybe you could try your DSN, just in case.
