Problems with Diasend

Does anyone use diasend to download pump results to PC.
I have windows 10 and can't seem to make it work! Something to do with the drivers I think.
My cable is a few years old so maybe that is the problem?

Give animas a ring on Monday and ask for the updated cable that should hopefully solve your problem.
