Did my HBA1C for Dec 2022 and results came at 5.9%. I was expecting b/w 6 to 6.5% but 5.9% came in as a sweet surprise. Here is the trend

Medication
Metformin 500mg 1 - 0 - 1
What is working based on what I found:
1. Diet / food.
2. Walking (2 to 3 times in a week)
3. Yoga (2 or 3 times in a week)
